Further improving rigidity from RacingMONO4, with no outer pipe
The ENDLESS RacingMONO block series has been developed by thoroughly pursuing rigidity through forging and one-piece molding. By using the latest CAE technology and adopting new materials, we have succeeded in increasing rigidity at higher temperatures, and compared to the conventional RacingMONO4, Racing MONO4TA has achieved a 110% increase in rigidity. Furthermore, the outer pipe has been eliminated to prevent brake fluid leakage due to pipe damage. The caliper surface has been 3D cut for effective heat dissipation.
The RacingMONO4TA uses stainless steel pistons, making it possible to reduce loss of pedal rigidity even when used in high temperature ranges.
Selectable brake pads
In order to allow customers to choose brake pads that suit their individual driving stages, we have adopted a system where you can select the material of the brake pads for your caliper. When ordering a caliper, be sure to specify the material of the brake pads. If no specification is made, “MX72” will be included.

The caliper body is made of ultra-hard anodized aluminum, and the rotor bell housing is coated with Tuff-Rub
The caliper body of the Racing MONO4 TA uses ultra-hard anodized aluminum. This anodized aluminum may have color unevenness due to compatibility with the material, but this is not an anodized abnormality. Please be aware of this.
The rotor bell housing also uses a Toughram coat. Toughram coat has excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance, and is more durable than regular colored anodized aluminum, even when used under high temperature conditions such as when driving on a circuit.
Please note that the RacingMONO block series does not have custom color settings as a general rule.

About bedding (for those using circuit materials)
In order to bring out the original performance of circuit-specific pads that emphasize high temperature characteristics, it is essential to apply heat before hard driving and perform a process called “bedding”.
Bedding is always performed in the top categories of SUPER GT and WRC, as well as various races held in Europe.
Before using semi-metallic brake pads, proper bedding is required to stabilize high-temperature performance and extend the life of the pads and rotors.
Adopts “E-slit” that creates high braking with double shaving effect
The brake rotor combined with RacingMONO4TA is “E-slit” with long slits that draw a gentle curve and “E” slits lined up on the long slits. These two slits provide a double shaving effect to keep the pads in optimal condition at all times and further improve braking power. The indicator for replacement is when the long slits on the rotor surface disappear and the letter E appears (※1). In addition, the results of tests on actual vehicles show that it is an excellent match with our ceramic carbon metal brake pads.
(※1) In some cases, it may be necessary to replace the brake rotor before the E mark appears. Please check it regularly.
[How to bedding]
When driving on a circuit with new brakes installed, raise the rotor temperature to about 400-500°C while avoiding hard braking, and then bedding is performed. After that, let it cool naturally to below 100°C and you’re done.
*Bedding in rainy weather may not bring out the original performance of the brake pads. Please bend on sunny days as much as possible.
