In order to bring out the original performance of the circuit-dedicated pad that emphasizes high-temperature characteristics, it is essential to apply heat in advance before hard driving and apply the work called “bedding”.
Bedding is always used in the top categories such as SUPER GT and WRC, as well as various races in Europe.
Before using semi-metal brake pads, proper bedding is necessary to stabilize high-temperature performance and extend the life of pads and rotors.[How to bedding]
When driving on a circuit with a new product, raise the rotor temperature to about 400 to 500 degrees Celsius while avoiding hard braking to give it a bite. After that, the temperature is lowered to 100°C or less by natural cooling, and the process is completed.*Bedding in rainy weather may not bring out the original performance of the brake pad. Bedding should be done in fine weather whenever possible.

◆The aluminate treatment is easily affected by continuous high-temperature conditions such as driving on a circuit, ultraviolet rays, etc., and may fade. Racing aluminate is recommended for those who want to suppress fading as much as possible.
◆The ENDLESS forged caliper uses a material with a high silicon content for high rigidity. Therefore, due to the characteristics of aluminate, some color unevenness may occur. Also, in the case of the front and backset, the color tone may be different before and after. note that.
◆The RacingMONO series is treated with uncolored carbide aluminate (coloring is not possible due to the characteristics of the materials used).
◆For caliper kits with standard floating characters, the engraved character “ENDLESS” logo used for monoblock calipers can be applied upon request (see “Caliper kit custom processing additional charge list” below. ).
◆The brake pads included in the caliper kit can be selected. The brake pads that can be selected differ for each caliper. Brake pads other than the setting will be charged separately.
◆Regarding aluminate, re-anodizing at the time of overhaul cannot be performed. You will be asked to choose the paint.
