Equipped with a heat pipe with excellent heat conduction

By adopting a heat pipe with excellent thermal conductivity, the heat conduction rate between the LED board and the heat sink has been increased, achieving higher power emission than the previous model.

Adoption of double-sided board

This product uses a 1.6 mm copper substrate and emits light 0.2 mm inside of the conventional product, which brings it closer to the light-emitting position of the halogen lamp, achieving even light distribution and improved visibility. In addition, the intermediate insulating material of the pattern layer is a high heat dissipation material (8W / mk) and the copper foil thickness is 100um to improve the thermal conductivity.

Shade that creates a cut line for vehicle inspection

In order to suppress the generation of glare light due to the improved lumen compared to conventional products, a shade design that calculates the emission directivity of the LED has realized a beautiful cut line without glare light.

Assist high beam function
