It is a set with LED back fog Ver.2 (6L0004) and a relay harness. When you step on the brake, it lights up for 0.5 seconds like an F1 machine, blinks for about 1.5 seconds or 3 seconds (selectable), then lights up again to notify the following vehicle of danger. (Only when the blinking setting is set.) The blinking time can also be set arbitrarily (about 1.5 seconds or 3 seconds), so it is possible to blink according to your preference.
