Description
Forged wheels based on the “TC105X GT” that has been put into actual battle in Super GT have been evolved for commercial use, and the ideal performance of sports wheels has been obtained.
The WedsSport forged wheel instantly applies 10,000 tons of pressure to the cylindrical aluminum billet “6061-T6”. The aluminum crystal grains that are pressed by the hydraulic press are refined and the strength of the material is increased. After that, we moved to the spinning process and molded the rim. After molding the rim, it is heated and cooled to increase its strength. Based on the latest strength analysis, we have commercialized it by applying complicated processing with “Air + α” using a 5-axis machining center.
