Information on Our Site
We try to be as accurate as possible with the information we present on EasyCars.jp We will make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of the products we sell. We do not warrant that the product description or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Prices and promotions are subject to change and may vary from those offered in our stores. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item in our catalog may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order, or we may contact you for instructions on the order.
Paying for Your Order
Generally, we’ll charge your payment method for an item when we ship the item to you or confirm its availability in-store. For digital items, we’ll charge your payment method when you initiate the download of the product, or the product is placed in your account and available for use. For special delivery items, we’ll charge your payment method when you confirm a delivery time. However, we will preauthorize your order amount (including for pre-orders) with your payment method at the time you place the order, which may influence your available credit line. If a preauthorization of a pre-order expires before fulfillment, the preauthorization will be reversed and another preauthorization will be made closer to the confirmed availability date.
Order Confirmation
Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per household, per order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provide to us. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we’ve already charged you for, we’ll refund you the full amount of the canceled portion of the order.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours from the time the order has been placed or before we have received the confirmation message that back-order items are not in stock. cancellation cannot be accepted 24 hours after the time the order has been placed or after we have received the confirmation for back-orders,
Compatibility
Compatibility is from the maker for JDM cars only. We don’t guarantee fitment. Always do your own research or ask for our support before purchasing. After-sale support does not include installation support.
Refunding an online payment
We collect and refund online payments in Japanese yen. When we issue a refund to a card and PayPal using another currency, your bank will convert it from Japanese yen for you. We are not involved in this exchange process.
The refund amount may not same amount you paid. This happens when you pay in your local currency instead of the Japanese yen. The amount of your refund depends on the exchange rate. When we refund you, the amount you get back reflects the exchange rate on the day we issue the refund. Exchange rates change every day so the amount you get back won’t match what you paid.
The Japanese yen value of your payment and your refund will always be the same.
Receiving damaged item
If the item you received is damaged, please follow the following steps in order to get your refund.
Step1. Contact our sales team immediately at [email protected] when you notice the damage to the item and attach photos of both the damaged product and the package.
Step2. Immediately contact your local post office or the courier who delivered the package to file a damage report. We will also file the report from our side with the courier company.
Step3. After we receive the investigation results from the courier, we will decide on the refund amount and contact the customer.
It’s very important to note that keep the damaged item unused and the package in its original received condition. Any later alteration or insufficient evidence will cause the claim declined and we will not be able to refund the customer in such a case.

When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
