Easy Cars Japan site is EXINEX CO., LTD Property.” By using any EXINEX CO., LTD. Property and related services and products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). You also accept the Terms when you create an account, purchase as a guest, or log in to any EXINEX CO., LTD. property. We may change any EXINEX CO., LTD. property and the Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms for updates or changes. If you disagree with the Terms, you should not use the EXINEX CO., LTD. properties.

Information on Our Site
We try to be as accurate as possible with the information we present on EasyCars.jp. We will make reasonable efforts to display the attributes of the products we sell accurately. We do not warrant that the product description or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Prices and promotions are subject to change and may vary from those offered in our stores. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item in our catalog may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order or contact you for instructions.

Paying for Your Order
Generally, we’ll charge your payment method for an item when we ship it to you or confirm its in-store availability. For digital items, we’ll charge your payment method when you initiate the product download or when the product is placed in your account and available for use. We’ll charge your payment method for special delivery items when you confirm a delivery time. However, we will preauthorize your order amount (including for pre-orders) with your payment method at the time you place the order, which may influence your available credit line. If a preauthorization of a pre-order expires before fulfillment, the preauthorization will be reversed, and another preauthorization will be made closer to the confirmed availability date. Aero body kits are made for orders, and lead time varies from 3 weeks to several months, depending on the manufacturer’s backlog. If you are in a rush, please confirm with us before placing an order.

Order Confirmation
Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. After receiving your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per household, per order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provide to us. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we’ve already charged you for, we’ll refund you the full amount of the canceled portion of the order. If an order is canceled at the customer’s request, you will not get a refund of the processing fee, which the credit card payment gateway charges.

Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order or before receiving confirmation that back-order items are not in stock. Cancellations cannot be accepted 24 hours after the order has been placed or we have received the confirmation for back-orders. If an order is canceled at the customer’s request due to a longer lead time, you will not get a refund of the processing fee that the credit card/PayPal payment gateway charges. 

Compatibility
We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our products’ compatibility. Please be aware that our compatibility information primarily pertains to vehicles manufactured by Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) carmakers. While we strive to provide accurate details, we cannot guarantee fitment on vehicles from other regions.
Therefore, we strongly advise all customers to conduct thorough research to confirm the suitability of a product for their specific vehicle before making a purchase. Our support team is also available to assist with any compatibility inquiries you may have. Please do not rely solely on product photos to determine compatibility; these images are for illustrative purposes only.
It’s also important to note that our after-sales support does not extend to installation guidance. Additionally, we may be unable to accept order cancellations due to compatibility issues if sufficient research or consultation with our team did not occur before the purchase.

If a cancellation is accepted due to incompatibility, please know that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Furthermore, when a refund is processed, the payment gateway charges are typically non-refundable, and a restocking fee may also be applied.

Refunding an online payment
We collect and refund online payments in Japanese yen. When we issue a refund to a card and PayPal using another currency, your bank will convert it from Japanese yen for you. We are not involved in this exchange process. 
The refund amount may not be the same as what you paid. This happens when you pay in your local currency instead of the Japanese yen. The amount of your refund depends on the exchange rate. When we refund you, the amount you get back reflects the exchange rate on the day we issue the refund. Exchange rates change daily, so the amount you get back won’t match your pay. You will not get a refund of the processing fee, which the credit card payment gateway charges.
The Japanese yen value of your payment and refund will always be the same. 

Spare part quotation
We refund the quotation fee under specific conditions outlined in our service description. We will gladly refund the cost if you purchase the quoted parts or any other parts from us within one month of receiving the quotation. A refund is also applicable if the following situations arise: if we cannot provide prices for the requested parts, if the manufacturer has discontinued the part, or if you find a lower price for the same part from another competitor in Japan. Please note that if you find a lower price elsewhere, while we cannot match it directly, the quotation fee would still be refunded according to our policy.

Receiving a damaged item
If the item you received is damaged, please follow the steps below to get your refund.
Step 1. When you notice damage to the item, contact our sales team immediately at sales@easycars.jp and attach photos of the damaged product and the package.
Step2. Immediately contact your local post office or the courier who delivered the package to file a damage report. We will also file the report with the courier company from our side.
Step 3: After we receive the courier’s investigation results, we will decide on the refund amount and contact the customer.
It’s essential to note that you should keep the damaged item unused and the package in its original condition. Any later alteration or insufficient evidence will result in the claim being declined, and we will not be able to refund the customer in such a case.

Ninja auction stock access subscription
When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the monthly billing period.

EASYCARS.JP PROVIDES ALL THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND OTHER MATERIAL MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH EASYCARS.JP ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT ANY EASYCARS.JP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

ANY WARRANTY ON ANY PRODUCT SOLD THROUGH EASYCARS.JP IS PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OF THAT PRODUCT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASYCARS.JP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ATTRIBUTABLE TO YOUR USE OF ANY EASYCARS.JP OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED THROUGH EASYCARS.JP. THE LIMITATIONS OUTLINED IN THIS SECTION WILL NOT LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASE THROUGH EASYCARS.JP BY GROSS NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL, WILLFUL, RECKLESS, OR MALICIOUS MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD.
