Description
Simply put, it is a replacement-free oil deterioration prevention device that is compatible with regular oil filters (oil changes are still required) .
The unique arrangement of the permanent magnets creates powerful repulsive magnetic lines of force, and as all oil passes through these lines, they are magnetized. Also, most of the fine iron powder (40 to a few microns or less) that cannot be filtered by paper oil filters is adsorbed, providing an excellent prevention of oil deterioration.
PECS obtains stabilizing molecules for the oil by using powerful repulsive magnetic lines, and due to its structure, it adsorbs all fine iron particles and other particles in the oil passing through it, so that clean oil free of impurities is always pumped into the engine.
Therefore, fine iron powder does not get mixed in the gaps between the camshaft and bearings, or the crankshaft and bearings, resulting in smooth rotation and a 20 % improvement in mechanical friction loss, which is reduced by half. Also, even if there is clean oil, the timing chain, sprockets, timing gears, and other parts do not form an oil film, so the metal parts come into contact with each other, and very fine iron powder (primary wear) is generated. However, once the oil falls into the oil pan, it gets through the oil pump, and when it passes through the PECS, it is neatly adsorbed and pumped into the engine.
Clean oil prevents secondary and tertiary wear, making the oil less likely to turn black and extending its lifespan.
Of course, there is no need to change the oil filter, and the life of the engine itself is extended, and the smooth rotation and quietness also extend the life of the auxiliary parts.

The color of the oil you see when you change it varies greatly depending on when it was changed and the mileage.
It can be a dark brown, jet black, or whatever color you are using. If the oil is jet black, it is full of sludge.
Sludge is not just iron powder, but also contains carbon that has been broken down from oil molecules and components that have turned into a tar-like substance at high temperatures.
Immediately after installing the “device”, there will still be sludge inside the engine, but to prevent oil deterioration, the cleaning and dispersing agents in the oil will remove the sludge by changing the oil several times, and the inside of the engine will gradually become cleaner. This will reduce the heat in the engine, making it less likely for overheating to occur even in old vehicles.
Also, the color of the oil does not correspond to the mileage, but rather maintains a much cleaner color.
However, oil changes are necessary, so be sure to change them at appropriate intervals.
The iron particles are not the rough kind found in a sandbox but are much finer. If there are a lot of iron particles the size of which you would find in a sandbox inside an engine, the engine will quickly malfunction.
We recommend cleaning the inside of the PECS MARK-IV approximately once every 100,000 km. Cleaning the product will enable it to be reused.

This dirt can be cleaned off and the product can be reused. However, the packing will need to be replaced with a new one. As we use a durable packing that does not need to be replaced for a long time, there is no need to worry about leaks.
PECS MARK-IV is compatible with a variety of vehicle models as long as the screw and gasket diameters are appropriate.
