What is your Professional Service Charge of 65,000 yen* includes?
- Collaboration Support using Viber, Whatsapp, Skype, Facebook, etc.,
- Translation of auction sheet to the English language

- One Price vehicle purchase or Bidding vehicle from the auctions houses across Japan
- Vehicle delivery arrangement to the port for export
- Provide Pictures, Videos of vehicles and provide simple reports of a vehicle
- Storage of vehicle at the port for 60 days. Condition applies in some ports.

*In addition to the based price, an additional 4% will be charged for vehicles more than 1,000,000yen.

- Successful Bidding Fee – 19,000 yen
- Transport vehicle from auction house to Port – 7,000 yen to 50,000 yen
- Customs & Forwarding Charge at Japan Port – 18,000 yen
- Ocean Freight: This varies the size of the vehicle. The quote can be provided on request

Some Highlights Of Japan Car Auction Services
Bidding Auction
The bidding auction price of the vehicle start low and going up when bidders bid the vehicle. We request customers to pay us JPY 100,000 as down payment and let us know your preliminary bids until 1 hour before start live auction. We bid until preliminary bids and then give up in case of price go over your bid. If none else places the bid – you are the winner. Congratulations! Cancellation not allowed. There will be a re-auction charge applied in case of cancellation.
Fixed Price Auction
Prices of the vehicle are pre-setup by the seller. The vehicle can be purchased for the displayed price. Price cannot be negotiated. There will be a penalty charge for the cancellation. We request customers to pay JPY 100,000 as advanced payment before Easy Cars purchase vehicle from the fixed price auction.This advance payment is 100% refundable before sucessfull bid. In case customer want to cancel, we re-auction vehicle and refund advance payment after deduct re-auction fee.
