Description

This is a case kit that allows you to transfer the function switches on the original steering wheel to the switch case when replacing it with an aftermarket steering wheel.
We developed this for the GR Corolla based on the knowledge of other car models in the past.
We have optimized the switch layout by adopting rocker paddle switches for some of the switches.
This makes it possible to support a wider range of steering wheels.

[About boss and Rafix 2]
The steering switch case (hereinafter SSC) is compatible with Works Bell boss and Rafix 2.
The possible installation order is as follows.

■Installation order
Pattern 1
Vehicle → Boss → SSC → SW
Pattern 2
Vehicle → Short boss → RAPFIX II → SSC → SW
Pattern 3
Vehicle → Short boss → SSC → RAPFIX II → SW

※SSC (Steering switch case)
※SW (Steering wheel)
※For pattern 2, a 13-pole insulator and flipper are required.
※For pattern 3, a 15mm spacer is required between the short boss and SSC.

[About 13-pole insulator]
When fixing with Rafix 2, this product is installed between the steering wheel and Rafix (Pattern 2 above)

In that case, a pre-wired 13-pole insulator is required.
Works Bell 13-pole insulators are not pre-wired. We sell pre-wired 13-pole insulators, so please feel free to contact us.

[About GTC]
When installing with Works Bell RAPFIX GTC, the SSC and roll connector connections must be routed outside the product before installation.
If you select GTC when ordering, the accessory parts will be added.

[About installation]
Installation is also possible at our shop.
In that case, you will need to purchase or bring in the RAPFIX-related items (RAPFIX, vehicle-specific short boss, flipper, 13-pin insulator) or steering boss from our shop.
If you would like us to install it for you, please select and purchase the pre-processed 13-pin insulator.
If you bring in an unprocessed 13-pin insulator, we will not be able to do the work on the day.
