Depending on the computer and boost, the Jimny’s power output can be increased by approximately 1.5 times. Many Jimny owners install tires with larger diameters and heavier weights than stock tires, significantly reducing drive torque. It looks cool, but it’s slower than stock. The best way to solve this is with a computer.

The boost is curved, peaking at 4,000 rpm, from around 1.2 kg in the low—to mid-range to 1 kilogram at higher rpm, resulting in a significant increase in mid-range torque. Power output is increased by 15-20 hp over stock.
