Description

Piping full set of air cleaner piping, intercooler piping blow offset, blow-off return kit and design blow-off return pipe for JB64.

Set contents (All pipe-related parts are listed. Please check the column for the parts you purchased.)
Air cleaner piping: Air cleaner INSIDE pipe, air cleaner OUTSIDE pipe, hose (50Φ2 pieces, 45Φ1 piece)
Hose band (4 pieces for 50Φ, 2 pieces for 45Φ), anti-vibration rubber
Intercooler piping: Intercooler INSIDE pipe, intercooler OUTSIDE pipe, 2 different diameter hoses, 2 45Φ hoses
8 hose bands, genuine blow-off cover, cover cap (with hose band), blow-off valve.
Blow-off return: Blow-off hose adapter, hose, suction side hose adapter, 2 hose bands *
Design blow-off return pipe: return pipe, hose, 4 hose bands, 2 sets of bolts and nuts *
*If you purchase Blowoff Return and Design Blowoff Return Pipe at the same time, you will receive a set of 1 long hose and 4 hose bands.
Important points and precautions regarding installation

⚫ The INSIDE piping is fixed using anti-vibration rubber. Top left of photo
intercooler piping
⚫ Remove the genuine blow-off valve and attach the included blind lid (or hose adapter) and blind cap.
⚫ Turbine OUT and intercooler IN use different diameter hoses. The intercooler OUT hose is a little large, but it can be tightened with a band.
There is no problem.
⚫ Connect the hose to the blow-off valve from the middle position in the photo using the attached hose (4Φ). Adjustment at the top of the valve is the best tighten it about one and a half times from where it was loosened.
⚫ In addition, cut the genuine hose and cover the parts where the hose was removed. As shown on the right side of the photo
blow off return.
⚫ Adjust the direction of the blow-off valve so that the hose is not bent or pulled.
⚫ Attach the included hose adapters to both the blow-off and suction sides, cut the hoses to the appropriate length, and connect them.
Design blow-off return pipe
⚫ Remove the clip that secures the grill and secure it with the included bolts and nuts. Adjust the position so that it does not hit the bonnet hook.

When the power chamber is also installed, the entrance to the power chamber is a little low because the elbow hose of the power chamber is long. Cut the elbow hose to make it a little shorter and adjust the height of the entrance.
