Lift-up leaf springs that can raise the vehicle height at the rear only. The spring rate has been optimized to eliminate the stiff feeling familiar with lift-up leaf springs. In addition, based on experience in rallies, the shape of the helper spring has been tweaked to reduce the feeling of being pushed up.
As this is not a designated part, structural modification procedures are required. A strength assessment document for the procedure is included.

â– The fuel tank must be temporarily relocated when removing or installing the Leaf’s mounting bolts. â– A structural modification procedure (modification application) is required (strength evaluation document included). â– Lifting may result in the vehicle no longer meeting the immediate and side visibility standards (Article 44, Paragraph 5 of the Safety Standards), which may require the addition of a front-view camera or other forward visibility confirmation mechanism. Safety equipment such as driver assistance systems and collision avoidance systems from each vehicle manufacturer may be subject to false recognition or malfunction due to changes in vehicle height, including radar, cameras, and sensors. Please note that we are not responsible for any malfunctions of these systems or accidents resulting from such malfunctions caused by changes in vehicle height due to the installation of our lifted (or lowered) suspension. Front-view camera (reference): Data Systems MVC811 Multi-View Camera used. â– Depending on the lifted (or lowered) suspension and individual vehicle differences, the vehicle may not meet the standard (550mm height) for anti-intrusion devices (rear bumper in the case of the Hilux). In this case, the rear bumper position must be readjusted or the “JAOS Rear Bumper Down Bracket” must be used to reduce the rear bumper height to 550mm or less. â– The Hilux is equipped with rear fog lamps as standard, but lifting the rear end may cause the rear fog lamps to exceed the safety standards (upper edge 1m or less above the ground: Article 37-2 of the Safety Standards). However, since the safety standards do not require rear fog lamps, the non-compliance with the safety standards can be resolved by physically canceling (removing) them according to the instructions included with the product. Can be installed after the 20.08 M/C model (including the Z “GR SPORT”).
