With a unique decompression setting that matches the engine characteristics of the F20C of the S2000 and AP1, you can especially experience the difference in blowing up in the mid to high rpm range.
What is the T-REV System?
T-REV is a system that uses the pulsation of blow-by gas, which is called natural decompression.
This system simply depressurizes the inside of the engine and makes the inside of the crankcase a negative pressure, which makes the movement of the piston and crankshaft smoother, and the decompression effect is almost 100% likely to be surprisingly experienced.

This principle is also used in the latest top-performing racing machines, which greatly reduce the sloppy parts of each operation by making the engine response smoother.
It is an SPL part that is finished with natural machine characteristics from the street to the circuit.
[Mounting configuration]
This is a system that uses air induction that simply sucks up blow-by gas in the crankcase with a genuine PCV valve and attaches the T-REV system to the breather hose.
It is a system that uses the negative pressure generated from the exhaust port to pull out the pressure inside the crankcase.
In this system, the pressure reduction value is set according to the thickness of the hose, the size of the joint, and the characteristics of the engine, and the TEST is repeated for each vehicle model, so you can use it with confidence.
[Basic decompression principle]
Currently, the mainstream of automobile internal combustion engines on the market is “reciprocating engines”.
This reciprocating engine is the most basic internal combustion engine at present, and
the processes of 1) intake, 2) compression, 3) expansion (explosion), and 4) exhaust are converted into rotational motion through the crankshaft by the repeated movement of the piston in the engine.
Inside the engine, this work is carried out at an unbelievable speed of thousands of revolutions per minute.
The point of the crankcase pressure reducing valve (T-REV) is located in the case on the underside of the piston.
When the piston is pushed down at high pressure due to expansion (explosion), some gas blows through the piston rings and flows into the crankcase. This kind of gas is called “blow-by gas”, and the pressure in the crankcase increases due to this blow-by gas, and if the piston is lowered at this time, it becomes a strong force resistance.
This “pumping loss” is one of the engine brakes, but it is also the resistance of the piston movement of the engine.
This excessive pressure of blow-by gas is discharged from the breather (a hole or pipe or hose for removing blow-by gas), but the inside of the crankcase remains pressurized because the outside air is sucked in when the piston rises or the accelerator is off.
Therefore, by attaching the crankcase pressure reducing valve “T-REV” to the breather path, blow-by gas and backflow of outside air are prevented, and by optimizing the pressure inside the crankcase (negative pressure), the original performance of the engine can be demonstrated, and the same power can be produced with less fuel.
[The splendor of T-REV]
“T-REV” has a special structure that is different from conventional pressure reducing valves.
The blow-by gas discharged from the breather is increased by using a hydrodynamic vortex to increase the flow velocity, a “spiral line” is applied inside the T-REV so that it can be discharged smoothly, and the reed valve surface is made into three sides to distribute the force per side and discharge the blow-by gas more smoothly.
Since the T-REV uses a reed valve with a characteristic triangular pyramid design, there are no restrictions on the orientation (up, down, left, right) due to excessive outside air from the air cleaner box, malfunction due to emulsion (oil emulsification), or internal structure problems.
All components are available as repair parts so that you can use it for a long time.
The reed valve shim plate is a consumable item, so it is recommended to replace it regularly.

Warnings and precautions
Please install this product at a maintenance shop designated and certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism with a mechanic qualification. If the installation method is incorrect, it may cause engine damage or oil leakage.
In addition, this product is designed specifically for the car model. It will be necessary to readjust the use of other models and vehicles with changed engines and accessories.
* Diversion to other models and disassembly of products is prohibited. Doing so may cause engine trouble.
In particular, the adjustment unit part (black body) is negative pressure adjusted for each vehicle type. If you disassemble it, the setting will go wrong, so please do not disassemble it.
* The kit has a layout that can be attached to a normal car model. (including accessories)
If you are tuning external parts, etc., you will need to change the mounting position and piping method, so we strongly recommend that you install it at a pro shop that has sufficient knowledge.
* For vehicles other than those that have been hard-tuned such as engines or set models, dedicated installation and special settings can be made at the J’S Racing Tuning Factory. Please feel free to contact us first.
* Please refrain from using it for those who use high revs a lot or for cars that are used only on circuits. (Because blow-by gas is excessive)
