An exhaust kit was developed with the aim of providing performance-oriented WRX STI/S4 owners with a sense of unity with their vehicles. Based on the muffler that is standard on the STI special specification car “S207”, it has been tuned appropriately for the standard car. The back pressure has been reduced by more than 40% to make the engine response more sensitive to accelerator operation, and the acceleration performance has been improved so that the difference can be seen when taking off or coming out of a low-speed corner. In addition, the slash-cut tailpipes (101.6mm diameter x 2 on one side) add to the power of the rear view while producing a high-quality finish. We also focused on tuning the exhaust sound to achieve a high-quality and comfortable sound that matches the character of the WRX STI/S4.
