Full-length adjustable suspension set
(DLC coating shock absorber & spring pillow upper set)

A set of upper supports with a rubber bush made of a metal pillow ball, a direct-wound spring, and a shock absorber. By making the shock absorber full-length adjustable, it is possible to change the vehicle height while maintaining the optimum suspension stroke and spring length.
In addition, the 40-stage damping force adjustment mechanism allows settings that match the driving scene, from urban areas to winding roads.
A DLC*1 absorber is used for the absorber rod. A pillow upper set with a camber adjustment function and a newly set series-wound spring that controls the load axis*2 have also been considered for ride comfort in city driving.

*1…DLC(Diamond Like Carbon)
A surface treatment technology that forms a film with the same hardness as a diamond by electrodepositing carbon atoms on the chrome-plated part. It reduces friction and allows the absorber rod to move smoothly even with minute movements, making the suspension work more effectively.

*2…Adopted a special shape that allows the force to flow smoothly when tension is applied to the spring.

*Shipped with the TRD recommended value of 15mm down.
* If the vehicle height is changed from the recommended vehicle height (shipped state), it will not be covered by the product warranty.
* If the vehicle height is lowered too much, it may not be compliant with vehicle inspection. It is necessary to pay attention to the minimum ground clearance and the height of the lights.
* Abnormal noise may occur while driving. Please note.
