For the Evolution VIII–IX 6-speed transmission (CT9A), this carbon synchro kit includes synchros for 1st and 2nd gears—components that cannot be ordered individually from Mitsubishi.

OEM Restriction: Previously, when these synchros required replacement, the only option was to order complete gear assemblies at significant cost. This Unlimited Works kit finally enables individual synchro replacement for 1st and 2nd gears during transmission overhaul.

Important: While the 6-speed synchros differ in shape from 5-speed versions, performance characteristics are equivalent.
