Installation Instructions

For Evolution X:

1. Remove the stock rubber hood stop

2. Remove the white plastic tip from the original assembly

3. Transfer the white plastic tip to the Unlimited Works titanium bar

4. Install the bar with the transplanted tip

5. Tools required: Pliers or nippers (simple hand tools sufficient)

For Evolution VII–IX:

1. Install the titanium bar

2. Wrap tape around the contact point on the bar, or

3. Apply a rubber cushion to the hood-side contact area

4. This prevents metal-to-metal contact between bar and hood

For 86/BRZ:

• Follow appropriate installation procedure (consult vehicle-specific instructions)

Performance Characteristics

🔥 HEAT DEVELOPMENT WARNING
CRITICAL SAFETY NOTE: The titanium bar becomes extremely hot during normal engine operation. Allow the engine to cool completely before handling or adjusting the bar. Use caution to avoid burns.
