Installation Guidelines

🔧 Sensor Installation

Wrap sensor threads with PTFE seal tape
Thread sensor into fitting until snug
Note: Sensor will not thread completely to the base—stop at appropriate depth
Properly route sensor wiring away from moving components

The Evolution VI version is not compatible with vehicles equipped with stock (factory) piping. Verify your vehicle’s configuration before ordering.

⚠️ Evolution IX Shared Mounting
For Evolution IX, the bracket uses the same mounting hole as this fitting. The bracket must be secured together with the fitting (shared fastener).
