■Product Description
* Forged monoblock proves “high rigidity” and “lightweight” The monoblock caliper “RacingMONO6” is forged under several thousand tons of pressure. Four years after the concept was conceived and one year after the prototype was completed, it was repeatedly put into actual test races, and specifications were changed countless times to obtain a lightweight and high-rigidity body that is necessary and sufficient to fight through. The highly difficult piston cylinder processing was cleared by using advanced special technology. The completed body was finished with ultra-hard anodizing. It is the crystallization of technology born from ENDLESS’s “endless challenge” that continues to focus on forging.

* The caliper body is made of ultra-hard anodized aluminum, and the rotor bell housing is coated with Toughram. The caliper body of the ENDLESS monoblock series is made of ultra-hard anodized aluminum. The rotor bell housing is coated with Toughram. This makes it possible to significantly delay the fading of the anodized aluminum even when used under high-temperature conditions during circuit driving.

* Adopts “E-slit” that creates high braking with a double shaving effect
The brake rotor combined with the monoblock series is the “E-slit” with a long slit that draws a gentle curve and an impressive “E” slit lined up on the long slit. These two slits exert a double-shaving effect to keep the pads in optimal condition at all times, achieving further improvement in braking force. The indicator for replacement is when the long slit on the rotor surface disappears and the letter E appears. In addition, as a result of testing on an actual car, it is an excellent match with ENDLESS ceramic carbon metal brake pads.

* 6-pot forged monoblock caliper for rear

■Notes when ordering a caliper kit
◆Before purchasing an ENDLESS caliper kit, be sure to check the compatibility of the wheels. For genuine wheels and wheels of some manufacturers, please check the “pattern” in the compatibility table on the ENDLESS official website. (Matching genuine wheels with ENDLESS brake calipers is difficult, with some exceptions.)
◆When installing the ENDLESS caliper kit, rotor backplate processing (cutting, bending, etc.) is required (excluding some vehicle models). Please note this in advance.
◆Anodized processing is susceptible to continuous high temperatures caused by circuit driving, ultraviolet rays, etc., and may fade or peel. For those who want to minimize fading and peeling, we recommend racing anodized (caliper body) or Toughram coat (bell housing only). Please note that anodized processing may have color unevenness and slight color differences depending on the lot. Please note that products that have been anodized cannot be anodized again during overhauls, etc.
◆ENDLESS forged calipers use materials with a high silicon content to achieve high rigidity. For this reason, due to the characteristics of anodized aluminum, there may be slight color unevenness. In addition, in the case of a front and rear set, the color may differ between the front and rear. Please note this in advance.
◆The RacingMONO series is treated with a non-colored super-hard anodized coating (coloring is not possible due to the characteristics of the material used).
◆You can choose the brake pads that come with the caliper kit. The brake pads that can be selected vary depending on the caliper. For details, please refer to the ENDLESS official website “List of repair brake pads for caliper kits”.
◆The rotors that come with the caliper kit are “carving slit” specifications, except for some caliper kits.
※The “RacingMONO series” is E-slit specification.
※The “CMC kit” is a drilled specification. It cannot be changed to E-slit.
※For “ROVER MINI only”, the 12-inch 4-pot is E-slit, and the 10-inch 4-pot is drilled type.
◆Please select brake fluid that meets DOT4 standard or higher for the ENDLESS forged caliper.
◆Please note that the 2-piece rotors (aluminum bell housing part) included with the ENDLESS forged caliper and kit cannot be re-anodized.
