Description

This is a full turbine kit that allows GT-R owners to achieve the 800-horsepower spec at a reasonable price.

■ Development concept

In order to optimize the layout, a symmetrical layout is adopted.
A lightweight compressor wheel is used to achieve linear boost response.
The engine, equipped with HKS pistons and connecting rods, can achieve 800hp.
The size is set with consideration for stepping up from a standard turbocharger.

■ Product Features

Uses a heat-resistant cast steel exhaust manifold with excellent heat and earthquake resistance.
Stable boost control is achieved by installing twin GTII wastegates.
The exhaust gases emitted from the wastegate are returned to the SUS front pipe in the kit to prevent environmental pollution.

Points

Despite the large volume turbine, the wheel size of the turbo/compressor has been reduced to reduce the inertial mass and improve response. It delivers low and mid-range performance that exceeds that of the previous GT800 model, which achieved low and mid-range torque equal to or greater than that of the stock.
The GTIII-800 achieves peak power equivalent to that of a genuine modified high-flow turbine with a boost pressure of 160kPa, and even more torque at low and mid-range speeds, at a boost pressure of 120kPa. This is also recommended for those who are considering stepping up from the standard boost and want to achieve 800ps in the future but are hesitant to suddenly tinker with the inside of the engine.
