Description

Clutch inspection/measurement table/overhaul procedure (*Common to carbon and metal)
We will explain what to do if a clutch that has been used normally starts to slip or becomes difficult to disengage over a medium or long period of time. We measure the strain and wear of clutch parts and decide on the details of the overhaul work. We will illustrate and explain typical examples, but these may not match all clutches.

Remarks
1. The flywheel strain must be within the standard value (0.2mm). A break-in operation is required immediately after reassembly.
2. If maintenance is being performed to restore the crimp force by adding a plate (1.0 mm or 1.2 mm) between the cover and the flat spring.
If so, you will need to remove the plate and return it to its factory condition.
