• Core Function: Intercepts and reprocesses the vehicle’s speed signal. It overcomes the standard OBD data restriction (capped at 170 km/h), allowing supported aftermarket devices to display the vehicle’s true speed. The factory speedometer remains capable of showing speeds over 180 km/h.

  • Universal Effect for All Models: At speeds exceeding 180 km/h, the gear position display (e.g., “D”, “4”, “5”) will become inaccurate.

  • Specific Effect for Automatic Transmission (AT) Models: A critical transmission control limitation is introduced. At speeds above 205 km/h, the transmission will not be able to upshift from 5th gear to 6th gear. Downshifts and upshifts below 205 km/h remain possible. This is a mandatory consideration for high-speed circuit driving.
