“BRAKE ROTOR Racing” is a racing spec brake rotor used in actual races, including the Super GT, the top category in Japan, and has undergone extensive research and development. It adopts a two-piece type with a separate rotor and bell housing, and the rotor material is made of special carbon that is uniformly blended using our unique technology. As a result, it is less likely to crack, and a stable friction coefficient is obtained, successfully bringing out the full performance of the brake pads. In addition, the bell housing part is made of aluminum alloy that is heat resistant and strong. It contributes to stable braking force and also reduces unsprung weight.*Benefits of improved cooling performance
ENDLESS two-piece brake rotors have been designed with vane shapes and other features in mind to improve cooling performance. This allows for the suppression of temperature rise under high loads.
When comparing the rotor temperature and friction coefficient of a genuine A company φ370 x 34mm thick rotor with an ENDLESS genuine replacement 2P type φ370 x 34mm thick (84 vanes) under the same load conditions, a difference of 200°C was confirmed in rotor temperature. A difference of 0.1μ was also confirmed in brake pads. Using a brake rotor with high cooling efficiency prevents the rotor temperature from rising and maintains the brake pads’ appropriate temperature range.
