Why do we charge for a quotation?

The spare part quotation is very time-consuming as it requires checking vehicle compatibility and every detail of subparts associated with them, such as washers, nuts, bolts, etc., so we need to identify that we are working with a customer with a genuine requirement for parts.

What will happen when another vendor offers a lower price?

We maintain very competitive prices based on our customer-centric service. That said, if you get a lower price quote from our competitors, we are happy to match it and even give you a discount as an appreciation for helping to keep our prices competitive.

Do you refund the quotation fee if we don’t make a purchase?

Yes. We will refund this if you purchase the quoted or any other parts within one month. You are also eligible for a refund if it meets the following conditions.
*In case you cannot find the prices or the part is discontinued
*If the customer finds another competitor in Japan that provides cheaper than we do, we cannot match the prices in the quotation.
