Achieves excellent exhaust efficiency with a high-efficiency metal catalyst and 4-2-1 equal-length layout

■Features

• In contrast to the genuine fine-grained ceramic catalyst, this product uses a low-density metal catalyst. Exhaust resistance is significantly reduced.
• While using low-density cells, the blending ratio of precious metals has been optimized to comply with the 2018 exhaust gas regulations. We have obtained certification from a third party.
• Adopts 4-2-1 equal length layout. After careful consideration of the layout of the four sections, we have achieved a completely equal-length layout.
• The design of the head side flange was reviewed to improve the stepped pipe insertion part, and a newly designed flange was adopted.

■Output Characteristic Comparison

At 4300rpm, the difference in output from the stock vehicle is maximum, with output: 10.2kW (13.9PS) UP and torque: 22.5Nm (2.3kgf･m) UP, both　improved by approximately 11%.

This is a comparison result of output by manifold and muffler combinations.
When this product was combined with Hi-Power SPEC-L II (32016-AF101), an improvement in output was confirmed across the entire range.
There is a big difference, especially in the middle range, and the drop in torque around 4000 rpm is largely eliminated.
The combination of a normal vehicle vs. HKS manifold + muffler resulted in a maximum increase of 10.2kW (13.9PS) and 22.5Nm (2.3kgf･m) at 4300rpm.
