Description

A high-end suspension model for the Hilux includes a damping force adjustable damper with a front height adjustment function and a rear lift-up spring. The front lift-up spring uses the characteristics of a titanium compound that is “soft but firm,” and the rear lift-up spring, an original blend, lift both the front and rear. In addition, the damping force-adjustable BATTLEZ damper achieves both comfortable driving and high stability. The front also has a vehicle height adjustment function, making fine settings possible. Of course, the spring is a Ti-W with a permanent set guarantee.
The rear leaf spring is a non-designated part requiring structural modification. The strength examination document needed for the procedure is attached.

Please note that we are not responsible for any malfunctions of these systems due to changes in vehicle height due to the installation of our lift-up (or low-down) suspension, or accidents caused by such malfunctions.

Due to the lift-up, there is a possibility that the front side visibility standard (Section 44, Paragraph 5 of the safety standards) may not be met, and it may be necessary to add a forward visibility confirmation mechanism, such as a front view camera.

Due to individual vehicle differences, the standard (height 550mm) for the rush prevention device (rear bumper for Hilux) may not be met. In that case, it is necessary to readjust the rear bumper’s position or reduce its height to 550mm or less with the “JAOS rear bumper down bracket (B318096)”.

Although the Hilux is equipped with rear fog lamps as standard, the safety standards for rear fog lamps (rear fog lamps) (upper edge of 1 m or less from the ground: Article 37-2 of the safety standards) are stipulated by the lift-up on the rear side. May exceed it. However, since the back fog is not an essential lighting device for safety standards, if you physically cancel (remove) it according to the procedure attached to the product, the non-conformance to safety standards will be resolved.
