Description

A stabilizer is a rod-shaped part that connects the left and right suspensions and is sometimes called an anti-roll bar because of its characteristics. As shown in the above figure, the suspension first sinks with respect to the load, and the connected stabilizer twists. At that time, it is a part that can suppress the roll and improve the cornering performance by stroking the suspension on the opposite side in the same way with the repulsive force that the stabilizer tries to return to its original state.

The stabilizer link (commonly known as the stabilizer link) refers to the rod that connects the stabilizer and suspension and is an important part related to the movement of the stabilizer mentioned above.

When the angle between the stabilizer and the stabilizer link, which is almost right-angled at normal vehicle height, is lowered due to harmonic drive or down suspension, the angle is always set, and the original performance cannot be exhibited. It causes deterioration of comfort and deterioration of driving performance. Therefore, by correcting the angle with the adjustable stabilizer, the input from the road surface can be accurately transmitted to the stabilizer, and the original effect of the stabilizer can be exhibited.
