(Compatibility confirmed on a model first registered in May 2002, with a genuine steel bonnet)
– The height of the bonnet opening will be approximately 24 cm larger than before the damper was installed.
(Measured at the tip of the bonnet. Compared to the lower of the two genuine stages)
– The genuine rubber cushion (rear) must be removed.

– Reference information (added July 2017):
According to reports from customers, even for diesel engine models, the layout inside the engine room is different, and some models interfere with the fuel air bleeding pump on the driver’s side.
(The pump has a different shape and part number from the vehicle that was confirmed to be compatible.)
It was necessary to attach a collar to the bracket and relocate it by adjusting the hole position.
This customer’s vehicle is the last model HZJ70V, early 1999 model.
