◯◯If the battery is smaller than B20L, it is an oil catch tank that can be easily installed by simply placing an aluminum plate extending from the oil catch tank body under the battery.
The aluminum plate on the bottom of the battery and the oil catch tank are connected with screws, and the orientation can be freely changed to the front, back, left or right of the battery.
There is no need to drill holes in the vehicle body, and it can be stored neatly.
The φ8, 90-degree nipple on the top of the oil catch tank becomes the drain that connects to the suction hose.
The diagonal nipple φ12 connects to the main breather pipe, and the nipple φ8 connects to the PCV valve.
When connecting the PCV valve and oil catch tank, close the surge tank side with a silicone cap.
The nipple holes of the oil catch tank are PT1/8 or PT1/4, so by installing an AN adapter etc., it is possible to replace it with a fitting such as R’s.
The oil catch tank has a built-in mist separator that stores as much oil from blow-by gas as possible in the oil catch tank, suppressing white smoke from the muffler.
The accumulated oil can be easily removed from the level gauge tube by pressing down on the claw of the level gauge’s one-touch joint, allowing it to be drained from there.
It is also possible to turn it over and discharge from the nipple.
