During a circuit run for suspension development, The development staff was concerned about the stagnation in lap times as the number of laps increased.
After repeated driving tests, the development staff speculated that the cause of the stagnation was the increase in engine compartment temperature due to “heat radiation from the turbine”. The engine room temperature rose due to “heat radiation from the turbine”. So we started to develop parts to maintain performance.
After much trial and error, we were able to find the best shape and location to install the parts. we finally completed the

The Cooling plate
As a result of our own air velocity tests and engine compartment temperature measurements, the Cooling Plate has demonstrated a cooling effect of up to -4℃.
It is designed specifically for each car model, and the fitting is outstanding. Easy bolt-on installation.
The high rectification effect leads fresh air efficiently to the turbine at the rear of the engine.

The plate has press lines in various places to prevent vibration and noise caused by twisting and waviness, achieving both weight reduction and strength.

An opening is installed around the air cleaner in consideration of air intake. It is designed so as not to adversely affect other performance.

The air duct, which is the key to improving the rectification effect, efficiently guides the fresh air taken in from the front grille into the engine room.
