“RALLY DRIVER” has a feeling that acceleration from medium to high speed increases steadily, so it is easy to overdrive for those who often use it in the city where there are many stop-and-go, and for those who mainly run short distances. We recommend the Rally Driver for those who often use it for long commuting or long-distance touring.
RALLY DRIVER also has better-starting acceleration than normal, so it’s not a matter of which product is better.

■ Precautions during installation

When you install a new turbine and start the engine for the first time,
By pulling out the plug cord and cranking, oil can be pumped to the turbo without starting the engine.
By doing this, the air in the oil-in pipe can be pumped with oil, so
This prevents the engine from starting without oil in the turbine.
Please make sure to do this.
Please do not use flushing agents or flushing oil.
If you use flushing oil or a flushing agent,
Flushing oil and fine sludge remain in the engine and enter the turbine interior.
Even if a tenth of a millimeter of dust gets stuck inside the turbine, it can block the oil line and cause a seizure.
Please refrain from flushing as it has a very negative effect on the engine.
If you want to keep your engine clean, replace it with new, high-quality engine oil.
Please change the oil within a short period (ordinarily, this work is sufficient for flushing)

■ About break-in

Our sports turbine kit requires a break-in operation after installation.
If you have a boost meter, the boost pressure is at or near zero.
Please run it for a break-in period of about 100km.
If you don’t have a boost meter, avoid suddenly turning on and off the accelerator.
Please be careful while driving.
By breaking in the parts, the new parts will become “hardened” and will become stronger.
In addition, by allowing moving parts such as shafts to adjust, they will be able to demonstrate their original performance.
Driving where high boost is applied without breaking in after installation is prohibited.
Please do not do this as it will put stress on the new turbine parts.
*Some people try to run the car all at once on the expressway, but there is no point in doing so.
As the parts heat up and cool down repeatedly, they become baked.
It is also perfect if the engine oil and filter are replaced with new ones after about 1,000 km after running.

・Cause of pressure leak

There are many thin vacuum hoses around the turbine.
These hoses carry boost pressure, but they deteriorate and harden over time.
By reattaching the removed vacuum hose to the sports turbine when replacing it,
If cracks or holes occur in the hose, or if air leaks from the gap between the hardened hose and pipe.
Boost pressure escapes and original performance cannot be achieved.
(Pressure leaks can occur even in small holes that are invisible.)
In addition, our sports turbine kit has an increased amount of air, so
Air leaks or hose disconnections that would not occur under normal pressure may occur.
In that case, take measures such as strengthening the hose attachment part with a threaded hose band or replacing the hose.
Similarly, there are cracks in the exhaust manifold, and screws at the turbine joint are not joined with equal force.
This can also cause boost pressure leaks.
If the problem does not improve after checking the hose, please check the above.
