A reinforced piston is a weak point of the G16E-GTS engine.
By combining it with a reinforced connecting rod, the weight balance rate is 50%, the same as the genuine product, and the vibration level is the same as the genuine product.

Piston kit
Using A2618 material with high-temperature strength, it is possible to make it thinner and reduce its weight.
By manufacturing it through machining, excess material is eliminated, and weight is reduced.
By adopting a bridge structure, structural rigidity is increased, and weight is reduced.
The crown surface is shaped very similarly to the genuine product.
The area above the top ring groove is nickel-plated to improve knock and wear resistance.
The cooling oil of the three oil jets is guided to the appropriate location for effective cooling.
A two-layer coating is used to improve anti-seizure properties and reduce friction.
By shortening the piston pin, the boss part is made lighter.
By setting a dedicated pin with the appropriate thickness, weight is reduced.
Connecting rod
Uses a machined I-section connecting rod made of nickel-chrome steel.
25% stronger than the original product.
Compatible with Φ24 piston pins.
WPC surface treatment for improved fatigue strength.
