Ultra Cooling System
A newly designed cooling system that lets you feel the breeze from the moment you start riding. The ventilation holes are positioned to be optimal for the angle of the helmet when riding, based on wind tunnel testing and CFD analysis. This provides an impressive amount of coolness, allowing you to feel the breeze even at low speeds.
(Left) Wind tunnel testing has demonstrated that you can feel the coolness as quickly as 30 seconds after starting to ride.
(Right) The newly designed chin ventilation was developed by determining the optimal combination based on the results of several pre-planned and verified patterns, including the number, position, angle, and shape of the ventilation. The ventilation is divided into two parts to introduce air, reducing fogging of the shield in the upward direction, and directing air to the mouth in the forward direction, achieving unprecedented coolness.
*The rear ventilation does not have an opening/closing function.

A new type of fitting interior that allows air to pass through (HEXA-PAD)
The space inside the helmet and around the head has been digitized to optimize the thickness distribution of the interior. Most of the fabric has been hot-pressed to create varying thicknesses, resulting in a new, seamless fit with fewer seams, allowing you to experience the coolness of the breeze passing through.

“Antibacterial treatment” interior *Used in some areas
The inner padding is treated with DEOFACTOR® antibacterial processing, which inhibits the growth of bacteria on fabrics. DEOFACTOR® uses its antibacterial properties to break down harmful substances that adhere to clothing and textile products.

Teijin Limited adopts “UV & IR cut shield” using heat shielding material
The “UV & IR Cut Shield” uses Teijin Limited’s high-performance polycarbonate as the shield material to block UV (ultraviolet rays) and IR (infrared rays). It has heat shielding properties that suppress the rise in temperature caused by the heat of solar radiation generated by infrared rays (IR) from sunlight and reduces heat conduction to the inside of the helmet while maintaining the most important feature of a helmet shield: clear visibility.
*The temperature inside the helmet was measured in-house using an incandescent lamp (300W)
