Wild Goose has released a stainless steel hinge for the hinge that everyone was worried about when installing Jimny’s FRP bonnet. The rear end of the bonnet is about 10mm up, and there is also a cooling effect in the engine room. Since the FRP bonnet is sandwiched between stainless steel plates from above and below, the damage to the mounting part is also alleviated.
*It cannot be used with the genuine bonnet.

When attaching the Stainless Hinge
When attaching the hinge to the body, adjust the gap between the bonnet and the body and the position of the hole where the bonnet and the hinge are fixed by inserting washers, etc., as shown in the reference photo.
When the hood is closed, if the head of the bolt that attaches the hinge to the body interferes with the bolt that secures the hood, shave off the head of the bolt or replace it with a thinner one.
