2. After stopping, put the shift in P or unlock the door by turning off the engine (with the switching function)
If you put the shift lever in P, the lock will be released automatically!
Allows passengers to get on and off smoothly.

In addition, if the door is unlocked when the engine is turned off, even if the car is forced to stop and the door is opened suddenly, the door will remain locked for peace of mind.

3. Answer backlight function (with ON/OFF switching function)
When you turn off the engine and open the door for the first time (first time only), the small light will turn on for 10 seconds. Also, when unlocking (when pressing the unlock button once with the smart key or pressing the unlock button of the car), the small light will turn on for 10 seconds.
*When the function is turned on, the manufacturer’s optional remote park function cannot be used. If you normally use the remote park function, please turn off the answer backlight function.

4. Automatic unlocking during sudden braking
The lock is automatically released during sudden deceleration of approximately 40km/h or more (eg from 60km/h to 20km/h or less).

*The time required for deceleration and the magnitude of the impact to operate normally differ depending on the vehicle model.
Please note that it may not work even during sudden braking or collision.

・Some functions of this product cannot be used under the following conditions.
〇 When using the remote park function (remote parking) in a car equipped with the manufacturer option Advanced Park (with remote function), if the answer backlight function is turned on, it will be assumed that there are people in the car, The remote park function cannot be used. When using the remote park function, turn off the product’s answer backlight function. Please note that this is a product specification.

・When the back monitor guide line is initialized
If you leave the connector under the steering wheel disconnected for a certain amount of time during installation, the back monitor guide (the line in the rear camera image when backing up) may be initialized.
In that case, turn off the engine once, start the engine again, put the shift in reverse, turn the steering wheel all the way to the left for 10 seconds, and then turn it all the way to the right for 10 seconds. The guideline will return to normal.

・If an error message appears on the information display after installation.
Similarly, if the connector is disconnected for a certain period of time, an error message such as clearance sonar may be displayed on the information display.
In that case, if you drive several hundred meters as it is, the loading setting of the function that caused the error display will be completed again, and the error display will disappear. If the error does not disappear even after driving, there is a possibility that the connector is poorly connected, so please reconnect the product connector firmly.
