The exhaust pressure is 30% less than that of the stock exhaust system, and the Super Turbo Muffler could be meeting about 500 horsepower.

- We have newly developed the Super Turbo Muffler with the concept of quiet noise and low back pressure using titanium.
- We achieved a weight reduction of approximately 9.2 kg, approximately 26% compared to the original muffler’s 12.4 kg.
- By adopting a pipe diameter of φ74.7 → φ60.5 x 2, which is the largest diameter (Note 1) for a titanium muffler that is compatible with vehicle inspection for the GR Yaris, and a silencer structure without a restriction, overwhelming exhaust performance is achieved. did. Using the lightweight titanium for the Super Turbo Muffler, this product is approximately 9.2kg , approximately 26% lighter than the original muffler’s 12.4kg.
We conducted an analysis when developing the Super Turbo Muffler using titanium.
We have newly adopted an optimally shaped intermediate silencer and branch pipe.
The genuine muffler has a pipe diameter of Φ70 → Φ60.5 → Φ42.7×2 and a bulkhead structure silencer, whereas this product uses a pipe diameter of Φ74.7 → Φ60.5×2 and a straight structure silencer without restriction. As a result, overwhelming exhaust performance has been achieved.
Sound tuning, including the adoption of a silent chamber and optimization of the silencer, suppresses unpleasant muffled sounds and creates a sound quality that highlights the unique sound of titanium.
While maintaining the slit tail shape that is a feature of the Super Turbo Muffler, the tail is made of titanium, engraved with the HKS logo, and has a matte finish with a titanium gradation.
It has specifications suitable for HKS’s highest-end muffler.

- The sound has been tuned so that you can enjoy a powerful, sporty sound while using a silent chamber to suppress the sound in the normal rotation range from becoming unpleasantly muffled.
- As for the mid-to-high range, the sound has been tuned to bring out the unique sound quality of titanium, creating a pleasant sound when you step on it.
- When combined with METAL CATALYZER (33005-AT011), the noise level is 90 dB (idling volume 69 dB) (Note 2), compared to the proximity exhaust noise regulation value of 96 dB, so you can use it with confidence.
