Description
Compatible with supercharger tuning, which is essential for circuits even in NA.
- By installing it on the GR86/BRZ, where the oil temperature exceeds 130℃ when driving on a circuit, it is now possible to suppress the rise in oil temperature and run continuous laps (when driving on an FSW short course).
- While retaining the performance of the genuine front bumper duct fin, a 12-stage oil cooler core is mounted inside the bumper in front of the left fender.
- In NA vehicles, engine oil is cooled without affecting the radiator. It can also be used with the front intercooler of the GT2 supercharger and bolt-on turbo kit (currently under development).
*Replace the genuine washer tank with the washer tank in the kit. - Equipped with a flap function at the tip of the duct. Adjusting the oil cooler duct opening to the desired width corresponds to the difference in the bumper opening of GR86/BRZ. It can also be used when a supercharger kit is installed.
- Press-molded louvers are attached to the inner fender. After passing through the core, the hot air is efficiently discharged without being hindered by turbulence inside the tire house, and at the same time prevents damage to the core from flying stones.
- Newly developed “aluminum machined oil extraction attachment” for GR86/BRZ. Since the original water-cooled oil cooler is installed, the oil filter will be at the highest position in the engine room when the conventional attachment is installed, but by special design, the height has been reduced by 22 mm, and the filter height has been adjusted to match the air conditioner pipe. Layout at a lower position. This prevents the oil filter from protruding into the engine compartment.
- The machined aluminum oil extraction attachment is equipped with a thermostat to control oil temperature. Avoids increased viscous resistance of engine oil due to overcooling.
- The first use of lightweight nylon mesh + black/titanium silver fittings.
- The washer tank was changed to the special aluminum tank included in the kit. It is placed next to the battery in consideration of workability when refilling the washer fluid.
